Our Beef

Our pure grass fed Black Angus beef is the result of hard work, selective breeding processes, careful planning for high quality natural pasture and relaxed well matured cattle.

The meat is succulent and flavoursome with a velvety feel, finely-grained and lean, bright red in colour and well-marbled. The fat is smooth, creamy white, well distributed and tastes great!
